Adnams Champagne & Strawberry Conserve

I’ve been spooning this over scones and it’s a proper treat—the champagne gives it a really elegant twist that stands out from plain jam. The conserve is thick enough not to run everywhere, which I appreciate.

This is the perfect balance of sweet and fruity without being too sugary. I tried a spoonful straight from the jar and the strawberry chunks are generous. It’s lovely on toast but I bet it’d be fantastic with a cheeseboard too.

The handmade touch really shines through—you can taste the quality of the local strawberries. I've been putting it on toast and even stirring a spoonful into plain yogurt for a quick treat.
