Harris & James is a family-run business based in the market town of Beccles. They specialise in artisan bean-to-bar chocolate, which is crafted by hand in small batches, using cacao sourced directly from growers and cooperatives. Their Master Chocolate Makers work directly with their growers to select the best cacao beans of each harvest. They then roast the beans low and slow to release the flavours unique to the growing region. Adnams' Southwold spirits and Harris & James chocolate is a marriage made in Suffolk. Their finest milk chocolate is filled with a fragrant ganache, then blended with natural botanicals before being finished with a splash of award-winning Adnams Copper House Dry Gin and sprinkled with crushed juniper. Their finest white chocolate, made with single-origin cocoa butter from Madagascar, enrobes the refreshing and velvety centre of a creamy ganache infused with Adnams Copper House Pink Gin, with freeze dried raspberry sprinkled on top.
