I opened the bottle and immediately smelled the grassy, peppery scent of freshly pressed olives. The cold pressing really comes through in the taste—it’s much more robust than supermarket oils.
This is my third time buying this Tuscan blend and the pepperiness on the finish is just as pronounced as I remember. It’s perfect drizzled over grilled vegetables or a simple caprese.
This oil has a noticeably fresh, grassy kick that’s perfect for drizzling over bruschetta or salads. I wish the bottle was a bit bigger for the price, but the quality from cold-pressed Tuscan olives is hard to beat.
